regency cheltenham walking tour

The place to see and be seen

Why are pigeons so important to Cheltenham? How did it earn the title ‘Calcutta of the Cotswolds’? Against a background of elegant Regency buildings, explore how Cheltenham’s spa water made it such a fashionable destination in the 1800s. You will also hear tales of dare-devil aeronautics  and find out why we say ‘spend a penny’.

'It was such fun to hear all those stories and showing the backs and fronts of the Regency buildings was amazing.'
